In a sick an disgusting twist, the New York Federal Reserve is lending troubled AIG $37.8billion . That is in addition to the $85billion bailout AIG received less than one month ago, folks. A few points of interest:

• Of the $85billion the federal government loaned AIG less than four weeks ago, only $61billion remains unspent.
• AIG executives held a retreat at the exclusive St Regis resort outside of LA to the tune of $440,000.
• The U.S. government now owns a 79.9% stake in AIG, in return for the loan
