I'm done. DONE, DONE, DONE. I'll pay their damn fee and send them back the phone and they can kiss my ass. I'll get a landline before I ever go back to these folks. They have proven that customer service is not their priority. I swear if I ever hear some fool blow me off and say my problems don't matter because "I am on the best network in the nation" I will smack someone. That is NOT the proper response when I am complaining of dropped calls and bad reception. HELLO! It wouldn't play youtube videos for me. However, the new one works great. Sure it's kind of ugly, but that kind of suits me just fine - we're just alike this phone and I ;-) I'm not sure how good the reception or service is, but I have seen Boost Mobile offering a $50 a month unlimited plan. It's prepaid, if you can live with that ? I've also think their phone selection is somewhat lacking. But what can one expect for $50 unlimited ? I almost bought an Iphone, but the apps scared the dinosaur in me :-) I dunno, Lion.
