Oh, I see. I thought, maybe, some folks knew the exact moment their birth control failed. As in:
"Damn, that pill didn't take" or "Shit, my sponge isn't quite absorbing all the little swimmers today"

Yeah, I doubt they show it down in the Bible belt. Since they make a point to state it is NOT the abortion pill.

Birth control failure (with the exception of a broken condom) is a nice way of saying stupidity. You forgot to take your pill or you were dumb enough to have unprotected sex in general. They just can't call you dumb in a commercial.

That is, of course, not to belittle the most important group of women who use Plan B: rape victims. Obviously it is not their fault and they are the single most important reason this should be available everywhere and to anyone who needs it - regardless of age. Remember, it is most effective if taken within 72 hours of the event, it is NOT an abortion pill it is merely a VERY high dosage of birth control hormones, and it should NOT be used in replace of regular preventative birth control.

I haven't seen it. Maybe it's not all that common here in the Bible Belt?

Still, you have made me laugh. Shy of a condom rupture, how does one know if their birth control failed? Everyone knows at some point, but right away?
