Too late on the “no sick” thing. I just keep doing what I do best – avoiding the doctor.

Do not get sick!
I didn’t have insurance a few years ago due to job changes and time overlaps. Sure enough, I got sick. $15,000 later, I was released from the hospital with no clue what was wrong. I suffered through a stomach illness that had me nearly incapacitated for about a month. I couldn’t afford to take time off work (who can?).

This incident almost bancrupted me Had it not been for an understanding boss, I might well have been.

Now, I have insurance, but don’t get sick :-)
